The exhibition's soundscape was created by recording the ambient sounds present in the space when closed to the public, at night. All frequencies were then amplified to reveal the intricacy of what we tend to call silence, bringing forward the layers of sound that are typically considered empty. The resulting audio is a 180 minutes track played back through speakers installed beneath the central piece reminding us of a coffin, allowing the sound to come through the fabric and resonate throughout the space.
